Fast Redemption for Staking Goes Live

To continuously optimize product experience, the Fast Redemption feature for Staking is scheduled to officially go live at 3:00 on November 11, 2025 (UTC). Feature details are as follows:

1. What is Fast Redemption?

Fast Redemption is a convenient redemption service that allows investors to receive redemption funds within 10 minutes after submitting a redemption request (actual timing is subject to the display on the redemption page), significantly improving capital flexibility.

2. Currently supported products

TIA , STRK , TRX , ZETA , XTZ , APT , AVAX , EGLD , BERA , AAVE , USDE , KSM , CRO , and DOT Staking

3. How are Fast Redemption fees calculated?

• Fast Redemption Fee = Redemption Amount × Unbonding Period × Standard APR / 365 × Redemption Coefficient, where the redemption coefficient will be dynamically adjusted based on market conditions.
• When entering the redemption amount, the fee will be displayed. The specific fee is subject to the amount shown on the redemption page.

4. App Version Requirement

Fast Redemption requires updating to V7.28.0 or above. We strongly recommend using the latest app version for the best experience.
