Cancellation for Standard Redemptions Now Available on Staking

To enhance user experience and improve product functionality, Gate will launch the Standard Redemption Cancellation feature for Staking at 10:00 on November 19, 2025 (UTC). The cancellation rules and app version requirements are as follows.

I. Applicable Scenarios

1. Standard Redemption :

• For orders submitted via Standard Redemption, you may cancel the redemption request on the order details page at least 2 hours before the expected fund arrival time.
• For orders submitted via Standard Redemption, if there are less than 2 hours left before the expected fund arrival time, the redemption cannot be canceled.

2. Fast Redemption :

• For certain tokens that support Fast Redemption, due to the fast processing nature of this method (funds typically arrive within 10 minutes), all orders submitted via Fast Redemption cannot be canceled once submitted.

II. App Version Requirement

The Cancellation feature for Standard Redemption orders requires a compatible version of the Gate App. Please note:

• The App must be updated to version V7.29.0 or above to use this feature.
• To ensure smooth access to the latest features and services, we strongly recommend updating the App to the latest available version.
