According to a recent survey conducted by Pantera Capital, the highest salary for a Web3 engineer in North America is $166,610. This is followed by Europe, Middle East and Africa at $102,226. The salary of a Web3 engineer in Latin America is $90,559 and the salary of a Web3 engineer in Asia Pacific is $75,000. Let us tell you that more than 1600 respondents from 77 countries participated in Pantera Capital’s survey, out of which 40.1% of respondents work in the decentralized finance sector. This is followed by centralized finance (26.1%) and blockchain (15.2%) infrastructure. Let us tell you that the salary of junior and intermediate level Web3 developers in America has fallen by 4% to 8% within the last year to $110,000–$150,000. Pantera Capital’s survey shows that the average salary of the typical Web3 developer is $128,00.
