Exclusive Subscription setting rules:
- KYC (Identity verification) must be completed before setting the "exclusive subscription".
- Your VIP level must be level 1 or above.
- Your subscribers would be entitled to view any exclusive posts and live streams you make.
- The income from the subscription will be settled every 30 days and credited to your account after settlement.
Subscription Tutorial
Tutorial 1: How to Set Up Exclusive Subscription on the Web
Step 1: Log in to your Gate account. Hover over [Community] on the navigation bar and click [Square].

Step 2: Click [Profile]. You can view your [Followers] and [Following] lists.

Step 3: Click [My Creation Center] to enter the [Subscribers Only] page.

- [Subscriptions]: View details of all users who have subscribed to you.
- [Income Records]: Check all income from your subscriptions.

Step 4: Customize your subscription plan and click [Confirm Settings] after configuration.
- Set your subscription fee (minimum 0.1 GT).
- Choose a discount rate for [Auto Renewal]: 0%–90% off.
- Users who enable auto-renewal can enjoy discounts and can stop renewal anytime.
- Price Increase: Auto-renew at the previous (original) price.
- Price Decrease: Auto-renew at the new lower price when the next term begins.

Step 5: To make exclusive posts, click [Public] - [Subscribers Only] before posting.

Tutorial 2: How to Subscribe or Unsubscribe from Another User’s Posts/Live Streams on the Web
How to Subscribe
Step 1: Log in to your Gate account. Hover over [Community] on the navigation bar and click [Square].

Step 2: Enter a keyword or username in the [Search Box] and click [Search].
Example: Searching for “Crypto Jason”
① You can enter the full or partial username.
② Click [Users] to filter by user accounts.
③ Select the target user from the [User List].

Step 3: Click [Subscribe] on the user’s profile.

Step 4: A [Paid Subscription] window will pop up with the following options:

① Choose a subscription duration.
② Enable [Auto Renewal] if needed.
③ Confirm details and click [Subscribe Now], then enter your fund password.
How to Unsubscribe
Step 1: Log in to your Gate account. Hover over [Community] on the navigation bar and click [Gate Square].

Step 2: Click [Profile] → [My Subscriptions].
Step 3: Under the [Current Subscriptions] tab, find the user you want to unsubscribe from and click [Cancel Subscription].
Step 4: Click [Confirm] in the pop-up window to complete the unsubscription.
Step 5: After unsubscribing, you can view your past subscriptions under the [Expired] tab or click [Renew Now] to resubscribe.

Subscription Notice:
- This service is a paid subscription with a fixed duration. Once subscribed, you can enjoy all services within the validity period.
- By subscribing, you become an exclusive member of the user and automatically follow them. All content is provided by the user, who reserves the right of final interpretation for their services.
- Auto-Renewal Rules:
- [Auto Renewal Billing]: When the current term expires, the next term’s fee will be automatically deducted from your [Spot Account] to extend the service. If deduction fails (e.g., insufficient balance), the subscription will automatically terminate and privileges will be removed.
- [Cancel Auto Renewal]: To stop auto-renewal, manually disable it under [My Subscriptions] before the current term expires.
- [Price Adjustment]: If the subscription price increases, auto-renewal continues at the previous price until renewal; if the price decreases, the next renewal will follow the lower price.
- All paid content is published by users themselves. Gate does not provide any guarantee. If you find any illegal content, please report it to [Gate Support] immediately.
- If you encounter any issues during the subscription process, please contact [Gate Customer Support].
- Upon cancellation, the unused portion of your subscription fee will be refunded to your [Spot Account]. Partial days will be counted as one full day.
