ETH finally hovers in a fairly weak area this weekend. I see the price action still stuck below 2800, as if there’s no strength for a breakout. The market momentum is indeed very sluggish.
From the daily chart, the main support level is around 2770. If ETH drops again and tests this level then bounces back up, it might be worth trying a small long position. But be careful, because if it breaks below support and the MACD on the 4-hour timeframe starts to cross bearish, the downward momentum could become deeper.
So for now, I’m monitoring first. Support levels to watch: 2765, 2737, 2718. Resistance above: 2864, 2890, 2910. Let’s see what will happen next.
