How to Become a Fund Manager
Once the Asset Management platform is live, please submit your application on the
Gate Asset Management introduction page, and wait for our staff to contact you. Upon approval, you'll gain full access as a fund manager. You will then be able to manage the entire product lifecycle of your products—from launch and fundraising to investment, management, and liquidation—all in one place.
Product Creation
In the left menu of the asset management system, select [Create Product] to launch a new product. On the product creation page, fill in the product name, product strategy, base currency, investment manager, minimum amount, and investment strategy, then create the product. The product follows an initiated subscription, meaning the fund manager must act as the first investor when establishing the product. The manager is required to contribute the minimum subscription and subscribe to the product at a unit net value of 1.0. After the subscription, the fund manager will hold the corresponding product units, which can be viewed along with their profit and loss on the [Earn

Product Fundraising
You can view all products on the Product List page. From the list, you can preview and copy the product link, which can then be shared with investors. When an investor uses this link to subscribe, they will specify their investment amount. The number of units they receive is calculated using the product's Net Asset Value (NAV) per unit at the next daily valuation settlement, which occurs at 08:30 UTC.
