It has tamper resistance and tamper visibility (achieved through penalty mechanisms and transparency). It continuously realizes progressive decentralization. It has a world-class large community that remains highly vigilant, as there will always be patient and well-resourced forces attempting to subvert the system. Fortunately, as Ethereum continues to grow and mature, such subversion will become increasingly difficult.”
