The company’s net profit in the second quarter increased year-on-year by 77.46%-91.24%, mainly due to the recovery of business competitiveness after organizational changes, revenue growth, and improved internal operational efficiency. However, the overall net profit for the half-year declined, primarily due to a decrease in capitalization amounts and an increase in the amortization of intangible assets leading to a significant increase in R&D expenses.
