ChainCatcher Message: The Ministry of Public Security announced that it has drafted the “Cybercrime Prevention and Control Law (Draft for Comments)” and is now publicly soliciting opinions from society. The contents include: No individual or organization shall knowingly hide, transfer, purchase, sell on behalf of others, or conceal and hide funds, data, virtual network assets, etc., obtained from illegal online activities by others. No individual or organization shall knowingly use funds obtained from illegal activities by others to provide capital flow services for others through virtual currencies or other virtual network assets.
