ChainCatcher News: Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company Bitdeer announced that it has increased its previously issued convertible preferred note fundraising target to $325 million. In addition, Bitdeer plans to grant initial note purchasers an option to buy up to an additional $50 million in principal within 13 days (including the day of issuance) from the initial issuance of the notes.
