On September 14, Jinshi Data reported that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned a lower court ruling two weeks ago, which ruled that the two most populous counties in Pennsylvania could not reject mailed ballots due to envelope date errors. According to court documents, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled on Friday that the federal court in Pennsylvania “lacked jurisdiction to review the matter.” This ruling means that unless the court intervenes again before the election, state election officials will not count votes with date errors in the election. The Republican Party welcomes this ruling. Pennsylvania is a key battlefield in the November 5th US presidential election, and Democratic Vice President Harris will face former Republican President Trump in the election.
