On February 11th, JIN10 Data learned that the ‘Xiyin Bay Area Smart Industrial Park’ in Zhaoqing, Guangdong, has recently completed project acceptance and delivery and is expected to officially move in and use it within the year. According to reports, SHEIN’s total investment in the warehousing supply chain in this region has reached tens of billions of yuan. It is understood that the Xiyin Bay Area Smart Industrial Park is one of SHEIN’s key projects in the Bay Area supply chain matrix. The project fully integrates existing resources and revitalizes land use without increasing land use. Currently, SHEIN has leased more than 700,000 square meters of warehouses in Zhaoqing, and the new project will lease 260,000 square meters of warehouses.
