After the release of the PPI data, the probability of the Fed cutting interest rates in March is only 1%

Odaily Planet Daily News U.S. February PPI recorded the smallest increase since July 2024, according to CME’s ‘Fed Watch’ data, the probability of the Fed maintaining the Intrerest Rate unchanged in March is 99.0%, and the probability of a 25 basis point rate cut is only 1.0%. The next FOMC meeting is approximately 6 days away.
