Suppose in 2000 you targeted NVIDIA, investing $10,000 to buy 100 shares (at $12 per share). After 25 years of development, you now hold 48,000 shares, with the stock price rising to around $200, and your account sitting on $80 million.

From $10,000 to $80 million, this is not a fairy tale. The strength of the US stock market lies in its ability to accommodate a continuous stream of such long-term growth miracles. NVIDIA is just one example. Over the past quarter-century, there are 5 to 6 high-quality companies in the US stock market that have achieved 10x or even 100x growth.

What does this reflect? It reflects full market competition, an ecosystem of survival of the fittest, and companies that truly master core technologies and seize the wave of the times can receive full valuation returns. Given enough time, choosing the right direction, the power of compound interest will amaze you.

Wow, this is why I always regret not going all in on NVIDIA earlier... It's really unbelievable. 25 years ago, 10,000 yuan is now 80 million. This is the ultimate case study of compound interest.

If I had known earlier, I wouldn't have to hassle on-chain to buy NVIDIA haha

Really, the people who bought NVIDIA in 2000 are probably financially free now... The problem is, who could see it back then? If only I had a time machine for the dip, 10,000 yuan would now be 80 million. That’s why I’m still studying charts. The key is to choose the right track; not all companies can become monsters like NVIDIA. If you ask me, the real question is whether the current AI chip concept stocks can also give birth to another NVIDIA... That’s the real issue. Just looking at the myth of compound interest is useless; you also need to endure 25 years without selling, which tests human nature.

Haha, you're talking about wealth stories again. The question is, how do I know which one in 2000 was the next Nvidia? If I had known earlier, I wouldn't be messing around in crypto now... To put it simply, the key is to survive that long without wavering. Most people would have panic-sold long ago. Now, holding AI concept stocks, everyone thinks they're a genius investor. Just wait and see. Stories like this are told every year, but only a few can truly do it. Not to mention, at least the US stock market is indeed much more transparent than our market here. Years of listening to compound interest, but still can't make money. Where's the problem?
