3.7 can indeed be broken if it can, it all depends on whether the market gives enough strength this time.

$3.7 seems like a good level, but it depends on whether the contract has been audited. I've seen too many projects rely on hype to boost their numbers, only to end up with poor permission controls and cases of being exploited.
