When it comes to Web3 practitioners, many people imagine this: endorsement by top exchanges, invitations to big projects, first-class cabins, five-star hotels, and glamorous appearances.

But what is the reality?

Most people are actually paying out of their own pockets. Wearing high heels and running around everywhere, while also handling various matters from project parties. It seems like there are many bosses, but these collaborations themselves are of little value. It’s really exhausting.

Honestly, the vast majority of the work is just manual labor. When things get tough, you still have to keep pushing outward and participate in various events. This is the true portrayal of the Web3 industry circle.

This is a classic case of incentive incompatibility. On the surface, the project has many connections, but in reality, it's all inefficient fake collaborations. From a mechanism design perspective, a true value measurement system has not been established, and everyone is engaging in ineffective social interactions.
