$XMR Trading Don't Exhaust Yourself n nI used to be that kind of market fanatic: waking up in the morning to check the K-line, reviewing charts before turning off the lights at night, my mind filled with ups and downs. n nMissing out on gains would make me anxious and sleep poorly, floating losses would make me irritable, and even though I knew I should cut losses, I just couldn't do it, feeling like a stretched string. n nWhen making money, I thought it was just blind luck; when losing money, I would rack my brains trying to recover, and my quality of life kept declining. n nUntil one late night, I asked myself: If trading keeps exhausting me like this, then what am I even doing it for? Is the small amount of money worth sacrificing sleep and emotional stability? n nOnce I understood this, I started adjusting my strategy. n nDivide your positions into two parts: one for long-term, hold onto the position once the direction is set, regardless of fluctuations in between; n nThe other for short-term trading, but set strict frequency and position size limits, finding one or two high-confidence opportunities each week, completely breaking free from the obsession of trading every day. n nSomething miraculous happened: I no longer constantly watch the charts, but I see through them more clearly. n nNo more anxiety; when a true breakout occurs, I can decisively jump in; letting go of the obsession that every trade must be a winner, I can execute stop-losses swiftly. n nTrading has become a seasoning in life, not life itself; it is a tool for making money, and more importantly, a tool for freedom. n nTrue composure is not about giving up and not trying, but about stopping reckless actions; it's not pretending not to look at the charts, but preventing emotions from controlling you. n nMaking money is important, but having full sleep and a calm mind are equally valuable. n nIf you also feel that recent trading has drained you physically and mentally, why not try this: turn off your phone screen and go outside to breathe some fresh air. The market is always turning 24/7, but your body and mind can only be protected by yourself.
