Securities Daily News reported that on March 5th, Gobi announced that the company will hold its first extraordinary general meeting in 2026 on February 11th to review and approve the “Amendment Proposal,” authorizing the board of directors to revise the company’s articles of association and handle the business registration change procedures. Currently, the company has completed the relevant business registration change procedures and received the “Business License” issued by the Market Supervision Administration of Yichang City, Hubei Province, on March 4th, 2026. After this business registration change, the company’s registered capital is RMB 145,475,000. Apart from the above changes, other business registration matters recorded in the “Business License” have not changed.
