European stock markets surge, the United Kingdom sets a new record
European stock markets continue their positive trend, with major indices recording significant gains. Specifically, the UK exchange made a notable milestone as the FTSE 100 hit a peak of 10,745 points, closing at 10,686 points, up 59 points or 0.6%.
The three main countries experience simultaneous growth
The upward momentum is not limited to the UK market. Germany’s DAX index ended the trading day at 25,260 points, up 217 points or 0.9%. In France, the CAC finished at 8,515 points, increasing by 116 points or 1.4%, indicating a broad recovery across major European stock markets.
Profits extend for multiple consecutive weeks
In the past week, the UK stock market gained 2.3%, continuing four consecutive weeks of profit. Germany also showed strong momentum with a weekly increase of nearly 1.4%, extending gains for three straight weeks. France experienced a similar result with about a 2.5% increase over the week, also extending profits for three consecutive weeks. Overall, European stock markets are creating a sustainable recovery trend.
