PPG has announced its 2026 NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series schedule with Tasca Racing, featuring two-time and reigning Funny Car world champion Austin Prock as the new driver for the PPG NITRO MUSTANG DARK HORSE® Funny Car. Prock will compete in four national events in 2026, marking a new era for the long-standing partnership which has a history of performance milestones, including Bob Tasca III being the first to drive a wheel-driven dragster over 340 mph. This strategic partnership highlights shared innovation and technical collaboration, extending beyond the racetrack to include PPG product use in Tasca Automotive Group’s various centers.
