Viewpoint Network News: On March 16, China State Construction Smart Land, in partnership with Future Science City Group, officially broke ground on the Guoxianfu PARK project.

The project is located in the Xiéjiǎwān area of Changping, Beijing, covering approximately 44,100 square meters, with above-ground construction area of about 91,300 square meters. It plans to include 18 residential buildings with 832 units.

Following the principles of “complete land, unified planning, and supporting facilities first,” the project integrates multiple functions such as residential, education, waterfront commercial, ecological leisure, and cultural arts.

According to publicly available information, the land parcel was successfully acquired by China State Construction Smart Land and Future Science City Real Estate on October 28, 2025, at a base price of 2.6012 billion yuan, with a residential floor price of approximately 28,500 yuan per square meter.
