Indian Prime Minister Modi arrived in Israel on the 25th to begin a two-day visit. This is Modi’s second visit to Israel since taking office in 2014. During his speech at the Israeli Parliament, Modi said that India’s economic growth and Israel’s advantages in technological innovation form the “natural foundation for a forward-looking partnership,” and cooperation between the two countries in fields such as quantum technology, semiconductors, and artificial intelligence can generate “many synergies.” The office of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu posted on social media that Israel and India are “a strong alliance.” The office stated that Modi held a meeting with Netanyahu on the 25th, and on the 26th, he will meet with Israeli President Herzog. Both sides will sign multiple cooperation agreements in areas such as economy, security, and politics. (CCTV News)
