Been watching SKY lately and the technical setup actually looks pretty interesting right now. The token's sitting around $0.08 after that whole correction phase earlier, and what's catching my eye is how it's holding above some key support levels. There was this Adam and Eve pattern that confirmed a breakout above $0.080 a while back, which typically signals continuation in technical terms. The weekly active addresses have been recovering too after that Q4 dip, so it seems like people are getting more confident about the protocol again.
Looking at the bigger picture, SKY's fundamentals are solid - the whole Dai stablecoin ecosystem, the new USDS token, and this RWA vault integration thing they're doing. The governance token aspect gives it real utility beyond just speculation. Currently it's testing resistance around the $0.094-$0.10 zone, which would be the next major hurdle. If that breaks, we could potentially see a retest of the all-time high territory.
Technically speaking, the moving averages are all stacked bullishly - the 20-day, 50-day, 100-day, all lined up in the right order. MACD is showing positive momentum and RSI's at 66, so there's still room to run before things get too extended. The Fair Value Gap between $0.069-$0.068 is still unfilled though, so if we do pull back, that's probably where we'd find support.
As for longer-term SKY prediction - some forecasters are pretty bullish on this. The post-halving cycles typically pump DeFi tokens, and if adoption keeps growing on the protocol side, you could see this moving toward $0.30 or higher through 2025. But obviously that's speculative stuff. For 2026 and beyond, the typical crypto cycle would suggest consolidation or pullback phases mixed with recovery attempts. The real question is whether the Sky ecosystem keeps attracting users and capital, because that's what ultimately drives these tokens.
Not financial advice obviously, but the setup looks worth monitoring. The key levels to watch are that $0.094-$0.10 resistance on the upside and the $0.069-$0.068 support zone if we get any pullback. Interesting risk-reward setup for a DeFi governance token if you're into that space.
