Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs: It has not yet been finally decided whether Iran will participate in the Pakistan talks.

Golden Finance reported that on April 22, according to a report from Iran’s Islamic Republic Broadcasting and Television on the 21st, Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson Bagheri said that whether Iran would take part in the talks with Pakistan has not yet been finally decided. Bagheri said that the reason no final decision has been made is not due to Iran hesitating, but because of the U.S. side’s contradictory messages and actions before and after, as well as unacceptable conduct. He said that the U.S. attack on Iranian vessels seriously violates international law and amounts to piracy and acts of state terrorism. Bagheri also said that once the talks shift to a results-oriented approach, Iran will decide whether to participate. (Xinhua News Agency)
