This is definitely a significant move. The fact that this ancient Whale from the 2015 ICO has started to transfer a large amount of $ETH is worth following.
Transferring 10,000 ETH (approximately worth 19.69 million USD) to a new address is a strong signal that there may be a sale, especially since the previous transfer of 3,000 ETH brought in a substantial profit of 6.978 million USD.
Interestingly, this Whale still holds 215,008 #ETH, worth $424 million, and has a low cost basis of only $0.31, making any selling frenzy still very profitable.
