- You can apply for a Gate Card (Standard Card) via the Gate Card web portal or the Gate Pay App. Simply select Gate Card and follow the instructions to complete KYC to obtain your card.
3. How and where can I use cryptocurrency with Gate Card?
- Gate Card provides a simple way to pay, seamlessly and securely using cryptocurrency for both in-store and online purchases. Users can spend cryptocurrency at over 150 million merchants worldwide that accept Visa.
4. Which countries/regions does Gate Card support?
- Gate Card is currently available to users in multiple countries and regions worldwide. Please click here to start the application process to check your eligibility. If your location is not listed among the selectable countries or regions, it means card issuance is not currently supported there. We plan to gradually roll out Gate Card to more regions globally in the future.
5. How do I report a lost or stolen Gate Card?
- If your Gate Card is lost or stolen, please immediately freeze your card, then proceed with card replacement or contact Gate customer service for assistance with reporting and replacing your card.
6. How long does it take to receive the Gate Card?
- Once the physical card is available, delivery time may range from 15 to 45 days depending on postal service conditions.
7. Can I withdraw cash from ATMs with Gate Card?
- You can use Gate Card to withdraw cash at ATMs displaying the Visa logo. Please note that withdrawal fees apply and there are withdrawal limits.
8. How can I check my balance and transaction history?
- You can view your debit card balance and transaction history via the web portal or Gate Pay app by checking here. Simply log in to your account and navigate to the card page to see your current balance and recent transactions.
9. How do I link Gate Card to Google Pay and Apple Pay?
- Currently, Gate Card (Standard Card) supports adding details to Apple Pay and Google Pay. Once successfully linked, you can use Gate Card for password-free payments. For specific instructions, refer to the details.
