Objective
This guide will walk you through how to check in daily and collect attendance bonuses on Gate Web.
Steps
Step 1: Access Rewards Hub via Top Navigation
Log in to your Gate account and click [Rewards Hub] in the top navigation bar. If you haven't checked in today, the check-in pop-up will appear automatically.
Step 2: Access Rewards Hub via Avatar Menu (Alternative Method)
Log in to your Gate account and click the avatar icon in the top right corner. Select [Rewards Hub] from the dropdown menu. The check-in pop-up will appear automatically if you haven't checked in yet today.
Step 3: Complete Your Daily Check-in
When the check-in pop-up appears, click the check-in button to claim your daily reward. Your attendance will be recorded and the bonus will be credited to your account.
Notes
- You can only check in once per day, and missed check-ins cannot be made up.
- All rewards must be used within their validity period or they will expire.
- Gate may update product features, interfaces, rules, and fee structures at any time.
- If you encounter system issues during check-in, please contact Gate customer support.

A: Missed check-ins cannot be made up. The attendance system only allows one check-in per day, so you'll need to continue checking in on subsequent days to collect rewards.

A: Each reward has a specific validity period. Please check the reward details in your Rewards Hub to see the expiration date. Rewards will expire automatically if not used within this period.
Q3: Can I check in multiple times per day to get more rewards?
A: No, the system only allows one check-in per day per account. Multiple check-in attempts on the same day will not result in additional rewards.
