3 notable token unlocks in the second week of December

In the second week of December, the cryptocurrency market will witness more than $237 million worth of tokens being unlocked and put into circulation. Three major ecosystems—Aptos (APT), Linea (LINEA), and Cheelee (CHEEL)—will simultaneously release new token supplies.

These events are expected to create significant volatility and directly impact short-term price movements. Below is a detailed overview of each project that investors should pay attention to.

Aptos (APT)

Aptos is a Layer-1 blockchain platform focused on scalability, security, and efficiency for decentralized applications (dApps) as well as the Web3 ecosystem. Built on the Move programming language, Aptos enables high-speed transactions and optimal smart contract deployment.

Of this, the development team will receive 3.96 million APT for core members; the community and investors will respectively receive 3.21 million and 2.81 million tokens; in addition, 1.33 million tokens will be allocated to the foundation fund.

Linea (LINEA)

This supply will be divided into three parts: 600.08 million LINEA for long-term development strategies, 480.07 million LINEA for the Ignition program, and 300.07 million LINEA reserved for future airdrops.

Cheelee (CHEEL)

Cheelee is a SocialFi platform that combines social networking and decentralized finance, allowing users to earn LEE tokens for watching short videos. The platform integrates familiar social media features with blockchain-based incentive mechanisms. The CHEEL token is used for governance, content promotion, and advertising within the Cheelee ecosystem.

Of this, 10.58 million CHEEL will be used as rewards for users, 7.55 million CHEEL for marketing activities, 2.64 million CHEEL to supplement liquidity, and 36,720 CHEEL will be allocated to community programs.
