Gate News, March 18 — According to CCTV News, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei issued a condolence statement regarding the assassination of Iran’s top National Security Council Secretary Ali Larijani and his son. In the statement, Khamenei praised Larijani as a political, military, and cultural veteran with nearly fifty years of experience, describing him as an “erudite, visionary, and loyal” key figure in the political arena. The statement emphasized that such terrorist acts will only “strengthen the will of the Islamic nation” and vowed that “blood debts will be avenged soon.”
