Gate News reports that on March 23, SkyBridge Capital founder Anthony Scaramucci stated that the current bear market for Bitcoin (BTC) can be explained by the four-year cycle theory. He noted that long-term holders selling near the $100,000 psychological level is a significant factor. He predicts that BTC prices will resume rising in Q4 2026, marking the start of a new bull cycle. Scaramucci pointed out that institutional investor entry and continuous inflows into Bitcoin spot ETFs have somewhat suppressed the four-year cycle, but have not completely eliminated its traditional cyclical pattern.
