BlockBeats News, March 25 — Interactive Brokers announced that clients can now transfer existing cryptocurrencies (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, etc.) directly from external wallets or platforms into their linked crypto accounts without needing to sell the assets in advance.

This feature allows users to manage cryptocurrencies alongside stocks, options, futures, forex, and bonds on a single platform, enabling more efficient cross-market allocation.
Regarding fees, Interactive Brokers offers crypto trading services through Paxos or Zero Hash, with a fee of 0.12%–0.18% of the transaction amount, a minimum of $1.75 per trade, and no additional spreads or markups, significantly lower than some crypto platforms’ fees of up to about 2%.

This feature is currently available to qualified clients of Interactive Brokers LLC and Interactive Brokers (U.K.) Limited, with specific support depending on the region.
