Iran warns of potential new front, highlighting strategic risks at the Strait of Hormuz

BlockBeatNews

BlockBeats News, March 26 — According to CCTV News, a military source in Iran stated that Iran is continuously monitoring enemy movements. If the other side launches ground operations on its islands or mainland, or increases maritime activities in the Persian Gulf and Gulf of Oman to exert pressure, Iran will open a “second front” in response.

It is worth noting that the source specifically mentioned the Strait of Mand, calling it one of the world’s most critical strategic passages, and clearly stated that Iran has the capability and willingness to threaten it, sending a strong signal of potential “second Strait risk.”

At the same time, Iran warned the United States that attempts to resolve the Hormuz Strait issue through action could trigger broader regional chain reactions, and emphasized that it is prepared for an escalation of the situation.
