Gate News reports that on March 27, data from DefiLlama shows that among approximately 1,300 DeFi projects, up to 97.6% failed to generate significant revenue, with income distribution following a clear power-law pattern. In the past 30 days, only 32 projects (2.4% of the total) earned over $2 million. Specifically, stablecoin issuers and trading platforms dominate the revenue rankings, with Tether earning $490 million, Circle earning $201 million, and Hyperliquid earning $61 million. Additionally, only six protocols have revenues between $10 million and $50 million. In terms of losses, MEV protocol Kairos Timeboost lost about $200,000, and options platform Hegic lost approximately $23,000.
