BlockBeatNews

BlockBeats news, on March 28, according to foreign media reports, two more oil tankers carrying liquefied petroleum gas have left the Persian Gulf through the Strait of Hormuz bound for India. According to vessel tracking data, the Indian-flagged tankers BW Tyr and BW Elm are fully loaded with liquefied petroleum gas, with their last reported positions having passed the northern tip of the Oman Peninsula.

During the entire voyage, both vessels emitted signals using transponders indicating they are owned by India and crewed by Indian nationals, which has become a standard safety measure. India is heavily reliant on imports of liquefied petroleum gas from the Persian Gulf and is facing a severe shortage of such fuel. (Jinshi)
