The probability of the Federal Reserve raising rates by 25 basis points in April falls to 0.5%, while the probability of keeping interest rates unchanged is 99.5%

Gate News reports that, on April 1, according to CME “FedWatch” data, the probability that the Federal Reserve will raise interest rates by 25 basis points in April has fallen to 0.5%, a significant decrease from 12.4% on March 23; the chance of a rate hike is now almost negligible. At the same time, the probability that the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged in April is 99.5%.
