It is positioned as an AI assistant for executable tasks, with features including data analysis, PPT creation, building websites, generating research reports, and automatically executing tasks. The product has not been released to the public yet, and the exact launch timeline is unknown.
Tencent has previously made an intensive push in the AI assistant space. The “Lobster” AI product matrix released in March was aimed at three categories of users: consumers, developers, and enterprises. It includes personal assistant QClaw and office tools such as “Work Lobster,” among others. If Vedas AI indeed exists, its task-execution positioning overlaps with the functions of the current product lineup. However, it is still unclear where it fits within Tencent’s AI product ecosystem.
