A multisig wallet has purchased SKY with 5M USDC via a TWAP method over the past 2 months.

Gate News update: On April 8, according to monitoring by Yu Jin, a certain on-chain multisig wallet has been continuously buying SKY via CoW Swap’s TWAP (time-weighted average price) function, with a planned total outlay of 5,000,000 USDC. Two months ago, a multisig wallet starting with 0x3d4 transferred 5,000,000 USDC to a multisig wallet starting with 0x18e; afterward, on CoW Swap, it set up hourly buys of 1,252 USDC to purchase SKY. Currently, the purchase plan has been executed halfway, with 2.431 million USDC spent to buy SKY.
