In the early hours of Thursday Beijing time, Trump halted the comprehensive reciprocal tariffs that took effect on April 9, with a suspension period now set for 90 days for trade negotiations. However, he still maintains a 10% Benchmark tariff on all goods entering the United States globally (which has been effective since April 5), continues to impose tariffs on specific industries, and hinted that more may be levied in the future.

As a result, dozens of trading partner countries were temporarily able to avoid the high tariffs of 11%-50% announced by Trump last week. Currently, the 25% steel and aluminum tariffs effective on March 12 and the 25% tariffs on automobiles and parts effective on April 2 are still in place.

Auto parts that comply with the US-Mexico-Canada Agreement will continue to maintain zero tariffs until the U.S. Customs and Border Protection "establishes a process for imposing tariffs on non-U.S. products."

In addition, Trump stated on Tuesday that significant tariffs on pharmaceuticals are coming soon. #加密市场反弹 #CPI & PPI 数据将公布 #当前行情分析:抄底还是观望?
