There are two commonly misunderstood views in the Crypto Assets world: one is that "this time the market performance will be different," and the other is that "the birthdays of specific individuals will boost the value of memes."

Recently, Trump revealed that he holds approximately 1.5 million USD in Crypto Assets, a news that has attracted widespread attention in the market. However, a deeper analysis of his investment portfolio shows that the situation is not as optimistic as it seems on the surface.

His main holdings surprisingly consist of two types of memes: TROG (a coin featuring a frog image) accounting for about $950,000, and the TRUMP coin named after him. This investment portfolio structure is thought-provoking, especially considering the liquidity issues of these coins.

It is worth noting that the daily trading volume of TROG is only $470,000, indicating extremely limited liquidity. This means that if there is a large sell-off, the price could drop sharply. Interestingly, the actual amount of Bitcoin he holds seems to contradict his public statements supporting national reserves of Bitcoin.

In the short term, these coins may see a 20%-30% increase in attention related to birthdays, but historical experience shows that such rises are often fleeting—speculators wait for retail investors to enter out of fear of missing out, and prices usually fall about 15% within 48 hours.

What is more concerning is the market risk brought about by the situation in the Middle East. The conflict between Israel and Iran has led to a $16 billion evaporation in the Crypto Assets market, with Bitcoin once dropping to $103,000, triggering around $1 billion in liquidations. In contrast, the dynamics of political figures' memes appear insignificant.

The current market is facing the dual impact of geopolitical tensions and speculative fervor, leading to increased volatility. In this situation, investors should remain calm, focus on the fundamentals, establish reasonable risk management strategies, and avoid being swayed by short-term market sentiment.
