When a person enters a group, their IQ drops significantly. In order to gain recognition, individuals are willing to abandon right and wrong, trading their IQ for that sense of security in belonging. Groups can only do two things: add embellishment or throw someone into the well. The group's blind obedience will drown out the individual's rationality; once an individual identifies with the group, their originally independent rationality will be obscured by the group's ignorance and madness.
