#M Can someone explain the situation regarding the funding rate? When the funding rate is positive, does it mean that long positions are strong and the price should rise? Conversely, if it is negative, the price should fall. However, this coin's funding rate has been negative, and despite bearish traders being strong, the price has been consistently rising. What is going on?

On the contrary, a negative rate indicates that there are many short positions, and the dominating dealer will surely pump to explode the bearish traders. The rise and fall of coin prices are not directly related to going long or shorting, but are related to the Spot buy and sell orders.

The funding rate is negative, and shorting requires additional fees. Generally, prices will continue to rise, which is unfavorable for shorting.

The fee rate is too unusually negative, so don't do shorting. Normally, it fluctuates within 0.0 something.
