SEC Plans Innovation Exemption Framework for Crypto Companies by End of 2023

Gate News bot message, According to Bloomberg, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is working on an “innovation exemption” framework for cryptocurrency firms, targeted for implementation by the end of 2023.

The proposed framework is designed to enable crypto companies to operate while remaining compliant with federal securities laws. SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce stated: “We’re working hard to get it done by the end of this year.”
