**Second, only gnawing on big meat, not picking Gate**
90% of the time in the cryptocurrency world is spent in fluctuations, and frequent buying and selling is like working for the exchange!
Without a trend, just lie flat; binge-watching dramas is better than chaotic trading; enter the market when the trend comes (for example, BTC stabilizing at key support, ETH breaking previous highs).
