Agent systems are getting a major upgrade: Cultural Knowledge, or what some call Collective Learning.

Think about it – we don't just rely on memory (whether short-term, long-term, or episodic). Humans actually learn by creating and sharing cultural stuff. We absorb info without even thinking about it, store it away, turn it into habits and skills, then pass it along to others.

Now imagine AI agents doing the same thing. They could build shared knowledge bases, refine behaviors collectively, and evolve together. Pretty wild concept for the future of decentralized intelligence.

Damn, AI agents are getting into cultural exports too? They’re really about to crush us now.

That cultural learning approach sounds good, but can agents really spontaneously transmit knowledge like humans do, or is this just another buzzword?

That group learning approach sounds good, but can it really work... Feels like it still depends on how it's governed.

If this thing is really going to work, it needs distributed learning... otherwise, it's still just the same old centralized approach.
