[Data: The number of Bitcoin wallets holding more than 0.1 BTC has not grown for two consecutive years] Since the launch of the Bitcoin network in 2009, the number of unique addresses holding a balance of more than 0.1 Bitcoin had increased every year up to 2023. However, over the past 24 months, the size of this group has been continuously shrinking. Specific data shows that from December 8, 2023, to now, the number of such addresses has decreased from 4,548,107 to 4,443,541. Chart analysis of this metric reveals that, although there were several short-lived fluctuations lasting several months during this period, the number of unique addresses showed an overall steady upward trend, reaching its peak in December 2023. Entering 2024, this number remained stagnant for most of the time, and has since started to decline, dropping to what is now a historic two-year low.
