#美联储重启降息步伐 After seeing countless liquidation stories in the contract trading circle, 99% of people actually fall into the same trap.

I’ve been down that road myself—when I first started, I obsessively studied indicators, stayed up late watching candlestick charts, and wanted to catch every single dip. What was the result? My account was like a funnel. It wasn’t until my fifth account got liquidated that I finally woke up: I had been trading like a gambler all along.

Why do so many people end up losing everything? It all comes down to a few common mistakes: frequent in-and-out trades, doubling down to recover losses instead of cutting them, and letting small losses snowball into total liquidation. I was exactly the same back then.

The turning point came from three very simple iron rules: only enter at key positions, only add to positions when already in profit, and always set stop-losses in advance. Sounds easy, but sticking to it takes real discipline.

Since then, my trading rhythm has completely changed—80% of the time I stay out of the market, just waiting. The other 20% I execute with precision. My account stopped being a rollercoaster, and I steadily grew from $5,000 to $100,000.

That’s the fundamental difference: contract trading is never about luck, it’s a game of probabilities. The ones who really make money are always the disciplined few who can sit tight and stick to their rules.

For those still stuck in the liquidation cycle, here’s one piece of advice for you: reduce your trading frequency, strictly execute your stop-losses, and let your profits run. It’s that simple.

To be honest, I've heard this theory countless times, but the number of people who can truly implement it... is probably few. Stop-loss sounds easy, but when you lose $50, your hands start trembling. How can you calmly place an order then?

That's right, it's just that frequent operation of this pit, I've stepped on it countless times. The key is to hold back your hand; staying out of the market is also a form of trading.

The patience to stay 80% in cash while waiting—by the time you're done, others have already blown up their accounts three times. Discipline is easy to talk about...

That's right, the real worry is understanding it but still not being able to change. That itchy feeling is really something else.

That's right, it's just itchy hands syndrome—99% of people have this problem. I've known quite a few who lost out because of frequent trading.

To be honest, I do believe in staying out of the market 80% of the time—it's just too hard to do.

It took blowing up 5 accounts for me to finally realize it—how much money does that burn... I'm still burning. Life is like a candlestick chart, and I'm that line that's always trending downward. Wait, 80% in cash and 20% in play—doesn't that just describe my all-weather losing strategy? Frequent trading really is poison, the kind you just can't quit. From gambler to disciplined trader... just hearing that sounds hard, might as well keep gambling. Set a stop-loss? My stop-loss is liquidation. This is what they mean by "those who are good at summarizing lose the fastest," right?
