Do you want to live longer with a contract? These iron laws really have to be engraved into the DNA

To be honest, is it difficult to contract? The technical level is actually okay. The real thing is yourself - the mentality collapses, the discipline is scattered, and the principal is gone. I have been in this market for 8 years, relying on either god operation or stumbling on a few of the most stupid rules.

**Stop? That's a life-saving talisman, not a confession**

Many people feel ashamed when they hear about stop loss. But you have to be clear that the stop loss is protecting your principal, not admitting that you are wrong. What are you most afraid of? After being slapped in the face several times in a row, his mind became hot, thinking that "this stud will return to his roots", but he was directly liquidated. My dead rule: stop after losing consecutive losses, and wait until your emotions are completely calmed down. The principal is still there, and the story behind it has to be written.

**Position management is the line of life and death**

The stupid thing that novices love to do the most - all in a shuttle, dreaming of doubling it. Wake up, in reality, this kind of operation is likely to end in liquidation. I never have a single position of more than 10%, even if the income is as slow as a snail, I will never gamble with my net worth. Once the position gets out of control, the consequences are basically zero, and there is no second ending.

**Homeopathy is king, don't go against the trend**

The market has its own rhythm. follow the trend, at least you can eat meat; If you have to go against it, there is a high probability that you will be slapped to death on the beach. I only do it when the trend is clear, even if I can't eat the fattest piece, it's enough to take some steady bits.

**Didn't calculate the profit and loss ratio? Then don't place an order**

I have a hard requirement for the profit and loss ratio - at least 2:1, and if it is not reached, I will pass directly. I'd rather miss ten opportunities than touch a bill that isn't cost-effective. This is not cowardice, this is rationality.

**Move less and think more, don't toss blindly**

Frequent trading = higher risk + more fees. I usually watch the market for a few fixed time periods, and I don't take action if the signal is not clear. You will find that doing a few fewer orders will make you more stable and make more accurate judgments.

**Remember to put the money you earn into your pocket**

If you make a profit, take away some of it, and play the rest slowly. In this way, you can not only keep profits, but also not be led by market fluctuations.

On this road, it is not about who is smarter, but who can live longer. Discipline and mentality are what determine how far you can go.

8 years of experience is still emphasizing stop loss, which shows how many people in this circle don't understand it at all

It's okay to say, the core is to see you for a long time, don't shuttle.

ngl, the risk management framework here actually aligns with what proper protocol sustainability requires—though most degens won't internalize it til they're liquidated into oblivion

To be honest, 8 years of experience is really different, the sentence "it's not who is smarter, but who lives longer" really poked me, I am the kind of fool who bursts the position and then regrets it
