Remember that time, 3 a.m. became my regular wake-up hour.

The market was hovering at a freezing point, and all kinds of rumors were flying everywhere. I was like possessed, constantly refreshing market apps, reading reports, browsing forum posts... The more information piled up, the more my mind became muddled. I didn't know whose judgment to trust, nor did I know what to do with my holdings.

Then, an older brother who had been in the game for several years suddenly threw out a sentence that hit me hard:
"You're scrolling through so much stuff every day, but how many of those actually help you make decisions?"

At that moment, I suddenly realized that I might not be lacking information, but I simply hadn't figured out what I really wanted.

Damn, isn't this me? Staying up until 3 AM watching K-line charts until my eyes hurt. The information bombardment has made my mind go blank.

yo real talk... been there at 3am, phone glued to hand, watching charts like they're gonna flip on my command. except the real move? knowing when to just... put the phone down. that's the optimal window nobody talks about.

Stacking information is just a cover-up for anxiety; in the end, you still have to think clearly on your own.

I've also experienced that feeling at 3 a.m., and I realized later that no matter how much I scroll, it's all in vain. The key is to know what you truly want. Really, in the age of information explosion, it's easy to feel confused. Instead of listening to others, it's better to first understand your own risk tolerance. That older brother is right. My current strategy is to simplify my information sources; I prefer to miss out than follow blindly.

At three in the morning, wasn't I the same? My brain was burning from scrolling, but I still couldn't get it right. Honestly, having too much information makes it easier to get cut off. It's better to find your own logic and stick to it. This really hit me. Now I try to scroll less and think more, and the results are pretty obvious.

I totally get the feeling at 3 a.m., staying up until dawn made my eyes blurry, and I still ended up losing money. Too much information can get confusing; the key is to think clearly about what you really want. This sentence is perfect, hits right in the heart. Really, a bunch of research reports are not as good as having a clear mindset.
