Can the FOMC meeting ignite a fire at the end of the year? 🤑🧐😟😛😲

The micro-cap sector has just hit a new all-time high. On the daily chart, the 20-day moving average has a golden cross with the 50-day moving average, and the price is approaching the breakout point of the wedge pattern. The technical outlook looks quite promising.

What about the small-cap side? It also hit a new record on Tuesday. The momentum is indeed picking up, but whether it can hold depends on subsequent volume support. When both of these small-cap indices move simultaneously, it usually indicates that risk appetite is warming — retail investors and speculative funds are starting to get restless.

The question is: is this breakout genuine, or just a fake-out before the meeting? If the Fed turns dovish, high-beta assets like small caps will likely go wild. But if the language is hawkish, these positions that just broke out could instantly turn into trap setups for bulls.

The chart looks great, but ultimately, it depends on what Powell says.

actually, statistically speaking, the micro/small-cap run looks taxonomically suspect to me. golden crosses are cute and all, but let me pull up my spreadsheet real quick—volume profile suggests this might be an evolutionary dead-end before powell even opens his mouth. data says the trap's already being set.

In plain words, it's Schrödinger's bull market. Powell's words can instantly negate the technical outlook. The golden cross looks promising, but can we trust it? Retail investors are starting to get restless again, following the same old pattern as previous years. The night before a breakout is always the most dangerous time. Small-cap stocks with high beta are like art in a bubble period—rising happily and falling just as cheerfully. The question is, who can hold on to the bottom? Is it a real breakout or a false alarm? Only Powell knows, and we're all betting on his choice of words. If he really decides to hold back this time, I want to see how far the madness can go. But overall, the probability of a bull trap seems higher.

Powell opens his mouth, and how many people lose their pants... Can this small-cap hold up? I’m skeptical.

Powell's words alone can undo this market rally; small investors are now just betting on his speech.

Powell opens his mouth, and small-cap stocks either take off or crash; gamblers are already itching to get started.

Powell, if you don't give a dovish signal, I'll dump the market. Stop playing these head fakes with me.
