The Federal Reserve interest rate decision and chairman's speech are entering the countdown phase.

Opening the daily chart reveals that recently, daily fluctuations of 5000-6000 points have become almost routine. Therefore, before the Asian session opens on Thursday, we still have an opportunity to position ourselves.

Let's review this round of operations: the 938 short position was profitable, and the 922 move was also successful. The original plan for the 945 short was very solid, but two days of oscillation led to complacency. Yesterday, seeing it spike from 890 straight to 926, I was worried about missing the entry and panicked into action prematurely, only to hurriedly cut losses and exit — the original 945 short plan was messed up to 946, completely disrupting the rhythm.

After experiencing a loss once, I learned to stick strictly to the plan. Even if I end up losing in the end, I feel at ease knowing that market opportunities are available every day. If you can enter the market, go all in; if not, just observe and communicate — it's that simple.

Of course, everyone can try their own ideas, the only requirement is — risk management must be proper. I’m here cheering you on as an observer in the group.

946 Nabo really lost his composure. This is the price of not sticking to the plan.

945 Nabo really just wasn't thinking clearly, rushing for quick gains and getting a hard lesson from the market

945 Nabo is really a harsh lesson; panic and you'll be ruined. I often do this myself...

It's still a mental barrier. Watching the market, I start rushing in, but end up falling into the trap instead.

945 Nabo really hurts, and a moment of panic leads to total defeat. This is the price of greed.

946 Nabo is really textbook-level self-sabotage; it was almost perfect.
